Vinalfood was founded on July 1, 1968 by Elie Platini. He had been, until then, an independent representative for several Italian brands , like his father , Giovanni Platini , had been. Giovanni was an Italian immigrant in Belgium who started introducing Italian brands in Belgium. To date, the company is still in the hands of the Platini family. 

The family has never lost his ties with Italy. At present, the Italian products still account for 75% of our range. Apart from that, our other specialty lies in Maghreb products.

Vinalfood changed it's working name into Dell'oro in 2018, but still acts, as the founders did, as a representative to the Belgian market for the brand we distribute. 

The company is currently located in Wommelgem by Antwerp, and has a storage warehouse of 5000 sqm.
