A complex, evolved red wine with a fruity/spicy character. Due to its long aging in wood, the wine has a very beautiful, evolved red color with amber reflections. The scent is still fruity at the beginning, towards compote, but soon a very spicy character will emerge which gives a pleasant complexity. The warm taste has notes of hazelnut and gingerbread, after which it glides very gently in the aftertaste, with a refreshing acidity at the end.
